NIIRAHHS TRUST ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered charitable trust (Reg No: 11/2017) located in Coimbatore, India. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our beneficiaries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal and health-related information through our mobile application, NIIRAHHS.

1.1 Personal Information (Beneficiaries / Users)
To provide holistic healing services, we collect the following types of data:
- Personal Identification: Name, age, gender, and contact details (phone number/email)
- Health Data: We collect information regarding your physical wellness, previous medical history, and specific details related to Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology and Naturopathy treatments.
- Therapist Notes: Records of sessions conducted by our certified therapists to monitor your progress.
1.2 Health & Treatment Information
- Therapists maintain case sheets related to reflexology treatments.
- These records are used only for treatment monitoring and continuity of care.
- Access is restricted to authorized therapists.
1.3 Camera Access (Therapist Module Only)
The NIIRAHHS app accesses the device camera only in the therapist module to:
- Capture images of a Beneficiaries leg or foot
- Monitor treatment progression over time
- Attach images securely to the benificiary’s case sheet
Important clarifications:
- Camera access is never used in the Beneficiaries module
- Images are not shared publicly
- Images are stored securely and accessible only to authorized therapists
- Camera access occurs only with user consent and action
1.4 Microphone / Voice Recording (Therapist Module Only)
The app uses microphone access only for therapists to:
- Record voice notes describing treatment details
- Avoid manual typing during therapy sessions (e.g., when hands are oiled)
- Store recordings securely as part of the treatment case sheet
Important clarifications:
- Voice recording is manual and intentional
- No background or continuous audio recording
- Audio is never used for advertising or analytics
- Recordings are accessible only to authorized therapists
1.5 Booking Information
- Appointment dates and times
- Therapist assignments
- Session and visit history
2. How We Use Information
Collected data is used strictly to:
- Provide reflexology healing services
- Enable appointment booking and scheduling
- Allow therapists to document and monitor treatments
- Improve service quality and app functionality
- Communicate important service-related updates
- Ensure platform safety and integrity

We retain health records and personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services or as required by Indian law (e.g., medical record retention guidelines). If a user requests deletion, data will be removed within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance.
